Love this slip skirt, but it does fit a tad more snug than other MIMU pieces in the same size. The material is not as giving, so if you “have hips”, I’d recommend sizing up.

Love this skirt. Light, thin, and looks good. You really do not feel it on when you wear it- the perfect thing for under a vest or long top. It runs a little tight at the hips, although I am wearing my regular size. It can be slightly see through at certain angles. I wear it with a long vest over it so it hasn’t been an issue for me.

I was not expecting the slimmer cut in the skirt but I love it nevertheless! I am really excited to have such a versatile piece to be able to make more modest outfits

I bought the slip skirt a year or 2 ago to use in order to add length to short dresses/tunics and as a slip. I lost it a couple months ago and missed it so much I re-bought it :) Even while being a see-thru skirt I was still able to wear it at night with dark leggings with no issue.

This usually isn’t real that I buy something and wear it every single day, and in different ways. Sometimes under a short dress, sometimes just over a slip skirt (because it’s see-through) with a top. I wear this with heels and I can dress it down in blundstones. So believe me when I say that I own this skirt for 2 weeks (14 days) and I’ve only NOT worn it, for 3 days. (& Those 3 days were not consecutive) Thank you Baila for helping me out in the store, and thank you Mimu ladies for your clothing brand, and best of all I don’t feel nerdy to be modest when I pair this under a short dress. There, I said it!! It’s elegant, it’s flowy, it works for me!!

I love this skirt. It's so light and flowy and incredibly versatile. I can use it under a dress, a tunic, or just with a shirt and cardigan! I have two and I layer them so it's less sheer, which works perfectly for me. Because of the fabric, I would recommend sizing up if you're between sizes. (The waistband stretches but not the skirt itself.) I could seriously wear this every day because it's comfortable and so easy to style and look cute.

Ran way too small

I love this skirt; it’s so comfortable. You don’t even feel like you’re wearing anything. It is however, pretty sheer so I wear it with a black slip underneath to add a layer, and then it’s good.

I had a gray swing dress that was a tad too short for work. The black good slip skirt is perfect to add a little bit of length. Becuase is it not a shiny undergarment, it does not just look like my "slip" is hanging out. Instead it looks like an intentional layer peeking out.

Amazing customer service. I had ordered a size small and it didn't fit and contacted them a while later thinking I would magically loose weight and fit into it. That day, Mimi posted a video about her health journey and I really resonated with me. So I contacted them and asked if I could still send it back. I got a large and it's amazing. The slip can go with anything--seriously. After the leggings, I would say that this is an essential piece. I am a minimalist and own only 40 items of clothing and three of them are MiMu's. :)

During student teaching I relied on the black good slip skirt a lot! I was able to style the skirt with cardigans, oversized sweaters, sweatshirts and more! The product did say it was sheer but I did not realize how sheer it really was until I received my order so be aware. Also, the skirt is very light and easy to pack for vacations! I plan on ordering more in other colors VERY soon!!

Love this skirt but it’s a drop short and I didn’t realize it would be THIS see through. But I wear a slip underneath and it’s a great versatile skirt that goes with everything. Love it

The slip skirt is exactly as I expected it to be! I actually ordered the size XL out of paranoia of it being too tight on me. Long story short, I recently gained weight and I have no idea what size I am. Anyway, size XL is pretty true to its name. I got the shorter slip skirt, and in the XL size its longer, I actually like this, so I can wear it up higher. I think I'm going to get a smaller size too, so I can have the options of long and short :)

Simple, classic design that makes a regular outfit look more dressed up. I love the material! I usually wear XS mimus, but I got this skirt in S and it’s snug so I would recommend sizing up.

I was hesitant to buy the slip skirt because it's so sheer (which it is) but I purchased it with the loyal leggings and I'm in love!! The slip sits so well on me and it even makes me look slimmer (which was unexpected). I got the mini version because I'm 5"3, and it covers my knees perfectly. I can adjust it to even go below my knees if I wanted to. I can't wait to layer it with sweaters and pants in the fall and winter and it's so light and airy for the hot days... even with leggings underneath. Basically I need more mimu slip skirts in my life.

This skirt is a great layering piece - I like the slimmer fit but wish it was a tad flowy-er around the waist - it’s pretty snug on my stomach (the XL) unless I pull it all the way up below my bra!

great piece, bought to wear w nude mini underneath. Perfect for day or night and very slimming. I'm 3m post partum hard time finding the right things to wear... skirt is super flattering, light and easy. Would love it in a Navy too...pls make more colors!

This skirt is great! Its perfect when you just need a light layer under a dress that is tad too short or a bit sheer. Also, great to pair with my tunics that need just a bit of added length! It's comfy on the waistband area and super light. I barely feel it there! Wish the dress version will come back so I can get that as well!

I bought the mini slip and it is so fun! I will definitely be wearing it with the Mimu loyal leggings underneath since it is, as stated on the website, see-though. It's nice and snug around the waist so if you plan to wear it underneath skirts and dresses, it definitely won't slip down or fall off (yes, I have experienced that with other slips before). Excited to add this to my closet!
