SHIPPING & RETURNS:
We are still shipping out your orders, but delivery times may be longer than usual. Thank you for your endless patience! We know what it’s like to wait for #MIMUMAIL and are truly working on getting your orders to you as soon as we can.
Returns are still being accepted, however we will process credit card refunds to your account at a slower rate than usual. Because of this, we have doubled our return window and will accept return requests six weeks from when you made your purchase. You can still receive your return label through mimumaxi.com/a/returns.
We know it goes without saying, but our business is very seriously affected by the current pandemic. If you are in a financial position to request a store credit to use at a later date, we would be so grateful :)
