Do you have a store? 

Our small showroom is open occasionally. We don't have any upcoming hours planned, but subscribe to receive our emails for up-to-date open hours!

Items in the store reflect what's available online, with the exception of items that get returned to the shop (so you never know what you may find if you show up!). 

Do you have a contact number? 

MIMU MAXI does not have a contact number.
But we love hearing from you, and being there for you!

My size is sold out, will you restock? 

We do our best to restock our most popular items and sizes that sell out. However, we are not able to restock everything :( 

Please sign up for our "Email me when it's back" and you will automatically receive an email notification if we are able to restock that specific size or item

Do you sell gift cards?

SHIPPING

How much does shipping cost? 

Shipping within the U.S. is $5, and FREE with orders over $150. 

International shipping is currently $30.
Orders shipped outside of the U.S. may incur taxes/customs fees which MIMU MAXI does not have control over, and is the responsibility of the customer. 

When should I receive my package? 

All U.S. orders should be received within 5-10 business days!

All international orders should be received within 2-4 weeks!

Will I receive tracking for my order? 

Yes! You will receive an e-mail when your item has shipped, which will include tracking.

Please note, this e-mail means your package has been prepared for shipment, but isn't necessarily on its way. But, if your tracking is not updating within 3 business days, it could signal an issue with your order. Please contact us!

Do you ship international? 

Yes! We ship worldwide. Currently, shipping outside the U.S. is $30. 

Orders shipped outside of the U.S. may incur taxes/customs fees which MIMU MAXI does not have control over, and is the responsibility of the customer.  

Do you offer express or expedited shipping?

We do not currently offer express or expedited shipping. 

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within three weeks of delivery, on any item that has not been worn or washed and, if it came with tags, still has the tags attached.

Items will be sent back and buyer charged shipping if items are returned with stains, scents or other signs of wear.

We will typically receive your return 7-10 business days after your local post office receives your package. You will receive a refund, along with e-mail confirmation, within 5-10 business days of receipt. 

How do I make a return?

Do you supply return labels? 

Yes, we supply return labels for U.S. orders!  Visit our RETURNS CENTER for full instructions. 

You have two ways to make a return: 
   1. Choose store credit and receive a free return label.
   2. Choose refund in the form of original payment and receive a return label. $7 will be deducted from your refund. 

We are currently unable to supply return labels for international orders. Please visit our RETURNS CENTER to process your return and we will provide you with complete shipping instructions.

Can I return SALE items?

You may return any items not marked "FINAL SALE" on the individual product pages.

(Please note: We occasionally offer promo codes for further discounts on sale items. Items purchased with promo codes may have return limitations. Please check specific sale terms for return information.)

Do you offer product exchanges?

We do not currently offer the option to exchange.

If you want a different size or color, send back your order for a refund, and make a new order. If you used a discount code and would like a different size or color, please email us at info@mimumaxi.com to honor the discount.

(Please note: Because of the quick turnaround of items in our online shop, we often suggest to customers to make an order right away, even before their refund is received.)

How will I be refunded?

Your returned item will be refunded via form of original purchase.

If I live in Crown Heights/Brooklyn, can I drop off my return?

If you live in Crown Heights, Brooklyn and want to drop off your return, it will only be accepted during store hours. 

You will receive a refund, along with e-mail confirmation, within 5-10 business days of receipt.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We currently accept credit cards and gift cards.

Can I use my MIMU MERITS at the MIMUSHOP?

Yes, and you will also earn MIMU MERITS for shopping! Just make sure to create an account first, if you haven't already done so!

Can I make a return during store hours?

Yes, we are happy to accept returns during store hours, but they will not be processed immediately. Our returns are processed within 5-10 business days. Please make sure the items are within three weeks of purchase, have not been worn or washed and still have the tags attached. 

You will receive an e-mail confirmation or refund within 5-10 business days of receipt.

Can I make an exchange during store hours?

We do not currently offer the option to exchange during store hours. We are happy to accept your return and you can make a new, separate purchase.
