I wanted to buy a gift certificate for my sister.
I Insta messaged and within 5 minutes I got a response. She was so lovely and pleasant to deal with.
I needed it done within the hour as I am in Australia and would have been Shabbos for me if I would have waited. Not sure who I was ‘speaking’ to but she sorted it out within 5 minutes and it was ordered and sent, no fuss at all.
